Race 1
The drivers’ second-fastest laps determined the grid for the opening race, placing Theo on the front row in second alongside Scott in third. Adam lined up eighth, while Chiara started from 20th.
Theo made a strong launch to hold second at the start, while Scott settled into third behind his team-mate. Adam’s race got off to a frustrating start after stalling on the grid before a Safety Car on lap two bunched the field together.
When racing resumed, Theo maintained consistent pace to secure second place, while Scott held off sustained pressure from Jeff-Hall to claim third, giving Hitech its first double podium of the weekend.
Race 2
Sunday morning’s second race saw Theo start ninth, Scott 11th, Adam 17th and Chiara 20th.
Scott made an excellent opening lap to climb to ninth before a Safety Car on lap two reshuffled the order, promoting him to sixth and Theo to seventh. Adam and Chiara also gained ground before the restart, with Adam climbing into the top 10 and Chiara moving up to 16th.
Scott maintained sixth to the chequered flag, while Theo secured seventh. Adam completed an impressive recovery drive from 17th to finish 10th, with Chiara taking 16th. Following the application of post-race penalties, all four drivers were elevated a further place in the classification.
Race 3
Scott returned to the front row for the final race in second, with Theo lining up fourth. Adam and Chiara started 17th and 20th respectively.
Both Scott and Theo held position at the start before a mid-race restart reignited the fight at the front. Scott remained second while Theo moved into third, with Adam and Chiara continuing to make progress through the field.
A close battle between Scott and Jeff-Hall was interrupted by a second Safety Car after seven laps, setting up a short sprint to the finish when racing resumed with just 90 seconds remaining.
All four drivers consolidated their place in the championship standings. Theo and Scott now sit third and fourth, separated by just one point, while Adam is in seventh position and Chiara in P13. Hitech continues to lead in the Teams’ standings.
The action now moves to Thruxton for Round 6 on 25-26 July.
