Anagnostiadis got her first taste of four wheels aged six when she accompanied her mother, who was a competitive go-karter, to the track. Once in action herself, the Australian soon began racking up podium finishes of her own and was awarded the Australian Ladies Trophy at the 2021 Australian Kart Championship, before going on to compete at the 2022 Motorsport Games in France.

In 2023, Anagnostiadis was selected as one of the six karters for the Alpine Rac(H)er Academy Program, relocating to the UK alongside her family to pursue her racing dream. Transitioning to single-seaters last year, she finished 10th in the Indian F4 Championship.

The 17-year-old will embark on her rookie F1 ACADEMY campaign with TAG Heuer operated by Hitech.
