Eurocup-3 Driver Signing

Hitech is pleased to announce Gino Trappa for its 2026 Eurocup-3 Championship campaign, further strengthening the team’s competitive line-up ahead of its debut season in the series.

Born in Buenos Aires, Gino has established himself as one of South America’s most exciting young talents on the junior single-seater stage. After a successful transition from karting, he made his formula racing debut in 2024, competing in the F4 Brazilian Championship and earning a race win and multiple podiums before moving to Europe in 2025.

The 17-year-old’s breakthrough season came in the Formula 4 CEZ Championship, where he dominated the field with six victories, 11 podiums, three poles and five fastest laps en route to the title, showcasing both speed and consistency throughout the campaign.

Gino also gained valuable experience in the F4 Spanish Championship, the Eurocup-4 Spanish Winter Championship and other competitive series, helping prepare him for the step into Eurocup-3. His varied background and championship-winning pedigree make him a strong addition to Hitech’s programme as the team builds momentum and cohesion ahead of 2026.

Gino Trappa:

“I’m thrilled to be joining Hitech for the Eurocup-3 season. It’s an exciting challenge and a great opportunity to continue my development in a highly competitive championship. I can’t wait to work with the team and get started.”

Bruin Beasley, Hitech’s Eurocup-3 Team Manager:

“Gino brings proven race-winning pace and a strong competitive mindset, which will serve him well in this Eurocup-3 campaign. His experience across multiple categories and his championship success speak to his potential, and we’re pleased to welcome him to the team as we prepare for our debut season.”

As preparations for Eurocup-3 continue, Hitech remains focused on assembling a talented driver roster capable of delivering strong results and pushing the team forward in one of Europe’s most dynamic junior championships.
